Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes appropriate for the outdoors.
In the event of inclement weather, we will walk a canvas indoor Labyrinth.
Registration Deadline is October 7, 2011.
Workshop is limited to 15 participants.

Penuel Ridge is a not-for-profit group who have 135 acres of lovely, rolling land, with a lake, meadows, woods, trails, and wildlife. On the land, we’ve built a straw bale chapel (The Well) and a hermitage (The Dorothy Day House). The Main Retreat House serves as a comfortable meeting, dining, and sleeping space.
We offer a quiet, hospitable setting to all who need time and space to relax, to be out-of-doors, to pray or play, or to seek guidance and clarity for their life journey. You may sit by the lake, walk the trails, browse the library, or simply “be” in the presence of God.
About the Facilitators
Ellen Rust, M.A., M.Ed., CPT, writer, poet, and group facilitator, has more than 35 years of experience teaching, counseling, and leading groups. In 2009 she completed 1400 hours of training under the auspices of the National Federation for Biblio/Poetry Therapy, and was recognized as a Certified Poetry Therapist.
Sarah Cherry, MMQ, is a Veriditas-Trained labyrinth facilitator. She lectures in the Middle Tennessee area on the Labyrinth and works with individuals and groups to explore self-healing and group dynamics. She builds labyrinths which she designs in accordance with sacred geometry specific to the place on the earth. By this method, the structure is in harmony with the earth, solar system and stars. The Labyrinth will therefore have the most beneficial effect on the human energy system to calm the mind and heal the body. She provided the sacred geometry for the Penuel Ridge Labyrinth and, with her team, oversaw its construction.
