Medical Qigong Therapist 1

Therapist Prep/Review/Intensive  (2 days)

NOTE: Therapist 1 ONLY  includes 7 DAYS.  All three remaining classes plus the Clinic/Examination will be taught over 5 each days.  

 Objectives

Recognizing that some students have the luxury of taking all their Medical Qigong training in a short period of time, while others choose to embark on this path over a longer period of time, this 2 day course is designed to enable all students to be confident and prepared for the Therapist level classes. These two days will review some skills taught in the Practitioner classes and introduce some new treatment protocols and Dao Yin techniques to further the student on her path of self development as well as clinical skill.

Class content

  • To review and deepen the Daoist 5 exercises and 18 Rules of posture
  • To review and deepen the efficacy of the General Protocol
  • To learn 3 new protocols
  • To learn a new intensive meditation

Sensory, Intuitive, and Perceptual Diagnosis (5 days)

Objectives

Students will have an exposure to a variety of diagnosis methodologies and auxiliary medical qigong healing modalities.

This seminar offers the student an overview of the major principles and foundational structures that govern Traditional Chinese Medical Qigong. This course is designed to introduce students to the use of various sensory, intuitive, and perceptual skills used in the Medical Qigong clinic.

Class content will include: 

  • Including Applications of Intuitive and Perceptual Qi Diagnosis
  • Diagnosis Based on Flat Palm Detection (Hand Sensing)
  • Diagnosis Based on Kinesthetic and Empathic Qi Absorption
  • Hand Diagnosis Based on Body Association
  • Diagnosis by Observing Aura Fields
  • Diagnosis Based on Intention
  • Long Distance Medical Qigong Therapy
  • Faith Projection
  • Negative Thought Projections and Medical Qigong Therapy
  • Auxiliary Medical Qigong Healing Modalities
